We do not run or maintain any databases of our own to store your personal data. All registrations, reservations, and payment details are securely transmitted directly to and processed by our external partner, Stripe.

When you fill out the registration form, the details you enter (first name, last name, email address, room type choice, and payment preference) are sent directly to Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland and Stripe, Inc., USA). 3. Collection of Technical Data (Server Log Files)

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical access information and stores it in server log files (such as browser type, IP address, and date/time of access). This data is processed purely for security and stability and is not combined with your booking details.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Since we do not store your data locally, you can also contact Stripe directly for any inquiries regarding billing and checkout receipts.
